Slipcase launches source-led AI features

LONDON, Sep. 16, 2026 – Slipcase has launched new AI features across its platform, including AI overviews on topic pages and in its newsletters, including topic weeklies and the broader Twice Weeklies.

The launch forms part of wider engineering improvements. Five months into its Head of Engineering’s tenure, Slipcase has continued to strengthen the foundations behind its platform. Work since April has included improvements to CI/CD, the addition of automated tests and a rebuild of search using OpenSearch.

The new features retain a focus on the curated information and links that underpin Slipcase’s coverage of the corporate insurance and reinsurance market. The platform’s approach is designed to make the origin and context of recommendations clear, helping readers understand the relevance and quality of each source.

Contextual AI overviews identify relevant articles and link back to their original sources, while publication logos on topic pages show who reported each item. Slipcase is using AI to highlight source quality and encourage readers to engage with original reporting, rather than replacing it.
